The Workplace Experience Team strives to create and continually improve our workspaces in order to support the productivity and enjoyment of our colleges. In 2024 we are focusing on ongoing improvements and innovations in our workplace design that align with our “future of work” direction and execution.

About the Role

As Rapid7’s Workplace Experience Receptionist, you will deliver rockstar customer service on a daily basis by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests and employees.

In this role, you will:
• Oversight our guest and employee experience
• Cover our reception desk and ensure safety within our cybersecurity organisation
• Ensure upkeep of our office common areas (reception, cafe, conference rooms)
• Manage security processes such as sign-in and visitor badging, new hire badges, parking badges
• Monitor and oversee outgoing shipping needs for the office
• Provide administrative support to the Workplace Experience Team as needed and partner with our TA team for new hire experience
• Assist with all in-house Rapid7 events and office projects
• Assist with office moves and different workplace experience projects as needed

• The ability to work both independently and within a team

It would be great if you have:
• Experience in Google Apps is preferred
• Customer facing experience
