Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Bristol branch as a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a desk that supplies Temporary DBS Cleared Chefs to clients in the Bristol area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Bristol office and from home for a proportion of your week after completing your probationary period successfully. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it’s time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;
• Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Managing National Account Business
• Building relationships with Chefs and sourcing suitable employment for them
• Business to business outbound sales calls, marketing activities and working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Bristol area
• Sourcing and recruiting temporary Chefs
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Servicing existing business to a high standard
• Service management – compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
