• Conduct necessary customer research, troubleshooting, and resolution, as well as liaison with third-party logistics and service vendors.
• Customers should receive tailored and comprehensive solutions to identified issues.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships through direct communication channels such as email, chat, phone, text, and so on.

• Must be able to sit for most of the shift
• Must be dedicated and reliable

Hours per week: 20 – 30 hours a week
