Responsibilities

  • Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating records and files as needed.
  • Generating reports from the database for analysis and review.
  • Ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures.
  • Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files.
  • Conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using database management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
