American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to work from home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated and hardworking, with excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Assist with managing client accounts, including updating information, processing payments, and resolving issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client accounts. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients. 6. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
