Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at American Airlines Group in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services, policies, and procedures. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process customer orders, cancellations, and refunds accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and independent personality traits. 3. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 4. Excellent persuasion skills to resolve customer complaints. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
