Remote Contact Center Specialist

Netflix is seeking a dedicated Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Netflix customers across the country. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: – Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – Identify and analyze customer needs to provide personalized solutions and recommendations – Troubleshoot technical issues related to Netflix products and services – Assist customers with billing and account management inquiries – Educate customers on new features and updates to enhance their Netflix experience – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

Requirements: – Energetic and independent individual with a passion for customer service – Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers – Previous experience in a remote customer service role is preferred – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software – High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
