The pay range is $93,800.00 – $168,800.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the job:  

The Senior Product Designer focuses primarily on Target Circle loyalty experience evolution. You’ll make a big impact on deepening guest engagement and driving preference for Target, and you will be part of a passionate, supportive and increasingly diverse group. What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, content designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, accessibility consultants and data analysts
  • Participating in cross-functional discovery efforts like workshops & design sprints in order to generate and evaluate creative solutions
  • Leveraging our robust design system to efficiently craft UI that is consistent and effective across all surfaces
  • Tracking the impact of your work via guest feedback and data insights to help the team identify opportunities for continued iteration
  • Helping to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for guest research, and partnering with our dedicated group of researchers to create and execute learning plans
  • Working with other teams across Target (marketing, loyalty, site merch, etc) to ensure a cohesive guest journey through our digital and physical experiences
  • Leveling-up yourself & others via mentorship, training and career development programs

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
