Assist in the recruitment and talent acquisition process for various departments within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on specified criteria.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Conduct reference checks and background verification of potential candidates.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

Post graduation is not mandatory but can be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of HR principles and recruitment best practices is desirable but not mandatory.
