Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Proficiency in handling phone systems, directing calls, and taking messages.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
