Carefully and accurately package products according to established guidelines to ensure safe transportation.
Organize and prioritize orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to locate products and materials needed for packaging.
Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging, escalating any issues to supervisors.
Label packages accurately and generate shipping labels using our software systems.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages and damaged products.
Contribute to process improvements and suggest ideas for enhancing packaging efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Good physical stamina, as this role involves standing, bending, and lifting.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues.
Basic computer skills to generate shipping labels and update order statuses.
Previous experience in packaging or warehousing is a plus, but not mandatory.
