Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier female talent.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
