Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A passion for pets and understanding of pet-related products is a bonus.
