In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless experience for our internal stakeholders by providing exceptional technical support. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain accurate records of helpdesk requests and resolutions.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and equipment.
Offer training and guidance to end-users on basic technical issues.
