REQUIRED SKILLS:
Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Security Expertise:
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement effective security measures.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with remote teams.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex IT issues and develop innovative solutions.
