Job Title: Call Center Agent (Online-Shop) – Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Assist customers in navigating our online shop, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive work environment
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people
Proficient in using online platforms and navigating e-commerce websites
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
