Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
