Jobs Description:

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers who reach out to our contact center via phone, email, or chat. 2. Assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or complaints they may have regarding PepsiCo products or services. 3. Utilize strategic planning skills to effectively address customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Maintain a high level of adaptability to handle various customer situations and scenarios. 5. Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with senior team members to continuously improve contact center processes and procedures. 8. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Excellent adaptability and strategic planning skills. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using contact center software and systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
