Your qualifications:
You are a fast-paced, flexible, and proactive individual who is adept at juggling competing tasks and priorities; You have a poised and professional demeanor and you are eager to interact with our customers as well as serve as a trusted resource to internal staff and management.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing customer accounts (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WAYFAIR.COM)
- Working with buyers to plan season and promotional events, manage all ecommerce portals.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Development, and marketing teams on sales initiatives
- Developing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, such as PPC and promotions
- Analyze internal data, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- -Perform market research to identify and execute growth opportunities
- You will be responsible for updating website content, and implementing functional improvements
