Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Data Entry Specialist, where your contributions will directly impact our customers’ experiences! In this vital role, you will accurately enter key work order and invoice data into our system, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Independently key data into work orders with precision and accuracy.

Meet or exceed weekly targets for data entry and processing.

Collaborate with vendors to obtain missing information.

Conduct audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges.

Track and report cost savings achieved through your efforts.

Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team.

Participate in special projects as assigned and complete other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

An ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree (preferred) or relevant experience.

Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy.

Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Excel and Word.

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment is also preferred.

Physical Demands

This position requires regular sitting or standing for up to 8 hours, along with repetitive hand motions for typing.

The ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds may be necessary.
