Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing phone, email, or chat channels.
Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions.
Proactively monitor and address customer complaints on various social media platforms.
Collaborate with team members to share valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.
Educate customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization.
Ensure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
