Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Analyze data and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain function.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration].
