Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe a variety of documents accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of typing speed and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Edit and proofread transcriptions for errors and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and accurate document formatting.
Follow company guidelines and formatting standards for all transcribed documents.
Communicate effectively with team leads to address any questions or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in using transcription software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in typing or transcription are a plus.
