Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Wayfair product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members and departments to address complex customer issues.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
