Position Overview:As a Human Resources Generalist at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in our HR department. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with our HR team and leadership to ensure that our human capital aligns with our company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to supervisors.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring our policies and practices are in compliance.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Support employee training initiatives and career development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
