Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of Flipkart, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within company guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Empathy and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
