Provide outstanding customer support to Yelp users via various channels including email, chat, and phone.
Assist users in resolving their inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently.
Communicate with users in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor degree is a plus.
Previous customer service or support experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
