Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, in a professional and timely manner.
Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain a deep understanding of CVS Health products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems for record-keeping and improvement purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and inquiries.
Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools, such as email, chat, and phone.
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues.
Adaptability to changing processes and procedures.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
