Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with bookings.

Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
