Position: Product Lead (Logistics)

Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a skilled and visionary Product Lead to spearhead our logistics department. As a Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our logistics solutions, driving efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in leading successful logistics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the logistics product strategy aligned with the company overall objectives.
Innovation and Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within the logistics process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market analysis, and identify competitive offerings to inform product development decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful product outcomes.
