Provide remote support and assistance to flight attendants during their flights.
Address flight attendants inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with in-flight teams to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between flight attendants and ground staff, facilitating effective communication.
Monitor flight status and respond to any urgent situations or issues in real-time.
Assist in coordinating and resolving logistical challenges faced by flight attendants.
