Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates, introducing them to exciting job opportunities available through The Elite Job.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates by providing detailed information about job openings, company culture, and career growth prospects.

Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring a high level of engagement and interest from potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the database.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Confidence in making outbound calls and handling candidate objections professionally.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
