You will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in new and exciting career opportunities. You will provide the best possible experience for our locum tenens through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional support and providing an extraordinary candidate journey.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term or permanent assignments in Europe and worldwide
Proactively contact and recruit potential candidates to build relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job openings
Monitor and use various recruiting channels, strategic planning tools and referral systems
Build and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare professionals
Strive for continuous improvement personally and career-wise
Strong drive to achieve targets
Qualifications:
Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
Proven success in recruiting
Outside the box thinker and obsesses with creating an enjoyable candidate journey
