Cargo Customer Service Agent

Job Description

Cargo Agents lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Duties also include operating ground support equipment such as tugs, conveyor belts and tow tractors. Cargo duties may include accepting, delivering, and handling cargo shipments including preparing paperwork; lifting and transporting shipments to/from loading equipment.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cargo operations experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
