Position: Help Desk Support and Level 1 Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional help desk support to end-users, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and solve complex technical issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Assist in the development and documentation of IT procedures and policies.
