Southwest Airlines is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this part-time, entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: – Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues via email, chat, and social media platforms – Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies – Handling client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner – Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience – Assisting with online booking and reservation changes – Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions – Continuously seeking ways to improve the online client experience
