Position: Salesforce Developer
About the Role:
The Elite Job is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer at The Elite Job, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our systems, streamline processes, and ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce across various departments.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and triggers to optimize Salesforce functionality.
Perform regular system updates, manage data migration, and provide technical support to end-users.
Create and maintain documentation on customizations, integrations, and configurations.
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a track record of successful project implementations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and integration capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferred.
