What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Critical position within the Medicare Part D Communications Team

– Manage timelines and resolve client needs and internal Account Management issues

– Promote client satisfaction through timely and accurate responses and clear communication

– Track and monitor member communications to ensure timely implementation

– Proofread client-specific member letters to ensure accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):

– 3+ years of experience with Medicare Part D operations

– 1+ years of experience in compiling and editing documentation

– Cross-collaboration skills

– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
