Provide first-level technical support to end-users within the organization.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
Maintain and monitor computer systems, network infrastructure, and software applications.

Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call support as needed to address critical issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
