Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) with courtesy and professionalism.
Sales Assistance: Assist customers in their purchasing journey, providing product information, recommendations, and resolving any sales-related queries.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Flipkart’s products, services, and promotions to offer valuable assistance.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Required Skills:
Customer-Centric: A passion for helping and satisfying customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and a persuasive communication style.

Qualifications:
