Tesla – Customer Support Specialist – Indeed

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with Tesla products. 3. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Educate customers on Tesla products and services, including features, benefits, and updates. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Leverage data to analyze customer interactions and provide insights to improve customer support processes. 7.
