Southwest Airlines is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: – Responding to customer inquiries and providing real-time communication through online chat platforms – Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner – Providing accurate information on products, services, and policies – Conducting research to find answers and solutions to customer queries – Managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service – Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses – Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
