- Design, build, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and solutions optimized for productivity and collaboration.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Create wireframes and click-through prototypes to secure early buy-in from stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SharePoint Online features and custom development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Stay up-to-date on new Microsoft 365 features and deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or systems engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft developer implementing custom applications.
- 5+ years of experience developing custom SharePoint Online solutions, web parts, and sites.
- 3+ years of JavaScript Framework experience (React, Handlebars, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 2+ years of experience developing custom Microsoft solutions using UI elements (Fluent UI, Office UI Fabric).
- 2+ years of experience developing custom Microsoft solutions using integration points (Office Add-ins, SharePoint Framework, Actionable Messages).
- 3+ years of experience with REST API and Microsoft Graph.
- 3+ years of experience with developer tools (NPM, TypeScript, Yeoman, Webpack, Gulp).
- 3+ years of experience with PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
