Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant- Remote
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Lead full D365 Business Central implementation engagements, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel throughout the process
– Provide effective and timely technical support to clients
– Manage multiple clients simultaneously, adhering to aggressive timelines to ensure client satisfaction and implementation profitability
– Collaborate with other consultants to assess client needs, develop innovative solutions spanning different subject matter domains, and implement these solutions to exceed client expectations
– Stay updated on technical trends and issues in ERP products, applying this knowledge to client issues and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
– At least 3 years of direct experience with full D365 Business Central implementations
– Enthusiastic about customer service with a passion for improving client satisfaction
– Skilled in troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions
– Strong understanding of accounting principles
