Job Responsibilities:

- Educate card members on American Express products, services, and benefits to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process card member requests, including account inquiries, payment processing, and dispute resolution, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist card members and enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient attitude with a passion for helping others.
