Job Summary: As a Remote Customer Support Representative at Delta Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers with navigating the Delta Airlines website and mobile app.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
