Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Work From Home
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with assistance and support regarding their inquiries, orders, and concerns. This role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
Working Hours: This position offers flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate varying schedules.

- Knowledge of home goods and furnishings is advantageous
