Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at FedEx, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a logistics or transportation environment
