Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Southwest Airlines services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and cancelation of flights.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
