Technical Recruiter (Contract)

We’re looking for a skilled, technical recruiter who can come in for 3-5 months and help us with an engineering hiring surge.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Source, interview, and close some key engineering roles
  • All the stuff that goes along with recruiting with results and relationships being key
  • We are looking to pay between $30 – $45 an hour for a full-time contract recruiter with the contract lasting 3 – 4 months

You bring the following required skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Proficient in Lever and other relevant software tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A passion for building relationships and helping people find the right job
